Thank you for shopping at our store. The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased from Us.

Cancellation Policy:

Orders are confirmed for printing 03 hours after they’re placed to ensure the fastest fulfillment. Therefore, Your order is only eligible to be canceled and modified within 03 hours of placing the order. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be canceled or modified.

Return/Refund Policy:

All items are made to order – this means that when you place your order, we print that item(s) just for you. Because of these items’ nature, we will not accept return and exchange requests for any reason as our products are printed on demand.

In case you want to change size/color we’ll offer a 50% discount for buying a new one.

If you are unhappy with your order due to a defect, damage, wrong item, or printing quality issue, please contact our customer service. Our policy lasts 30 days since your delivery date. If the 30-day period has gone, we can’t offer you a replacement.

To file a claim, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team HERE and include the following information (this is a must):

• Video/photo of the defective product:
• Full delivery address:

If the problem is significant, we will either send you a replacement within 10 business days or refund you occording to your prefer. In this event, the original product can be kept at the customer’s disposal.
